Group therapy meets the needs and challenges that individual therapy may not address. A sense of belonging and being a part of a group is a way we can fulfill this need. Group therapy addresses fears, assists with feelings of being alone, and provides emotional support which can often be more powerful when there is a group of people experiencing the same struggles.
Our group therapies range from mental health specific topics to cultural trends and supportive needs. Topics will vary according to the interest and needs. Please see our calendar for groups that are offered or will be offered in the future.
